Welcome to Tazil Jewellery! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and simple so they’re easy to understand.
1. Who Can Shop With Us
You need to be 18 or older to place an order. Please make sure your details are accurate when you order.
2. Our Jewellery & Prices
We do our best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, but small differences may happen because of lighting or handmade design.
Prices include VAT and may change from time to time.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are only confirmed once payment has gone through.
We may cancel an order if there’s a stock issue, a pricing error, or something looks suspicious.
4. Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom and internationally. UK delivery is £3.99 standard (2 to 4 business days) or £6.95 express (1 to 3 business days) after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces show an estimated making time on their product page, usually 3 to 4 or 4 to 6 weeks, and delivery time is added on top. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Please check your address details are correct—we can’t replace items sent to the wrong address.
For international orders, customs charges or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only applicable if the product is damaged in transit, or if you have been sent the wrong item. An unedited unboxing video is required, and must be sent to us within 6 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and item should be sent by track service.
Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery. We are not able to accept returns for a change of mind, for fit, or for the natural variations of handmade work. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Caring for Your Jewellery
Please follow our care instructions. We can’t take responsibility for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or modifications.
7. Our Content
All photos, product designs, and content on our site belong to Tazil Jewellery. Please don’t use them without permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms now and then. The date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
