Welcome to Tazil Jewellery! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and simple so they’re easy to understand.
1. Who Can Shop With Us
You need to be 18 or older to place an order. Please make sure your details are accurate when you order.
2. Our Jewellery & Prices
We do our best to describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, but small differences may happen because of lighting or handmade design.
Prices include VAT and may change from time to time.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are only confirmed once payment has gone through.
We may cancel an order if there’s a stock issue, a pricing error, or something looks suspicious.
4. Delivery
We aim to get your jewellery to you quickly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Please check your address details are correct—we can’t replace items sent to the wrong address.
For international orders, customs charges or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only applicable if the product is damaged during transit. Unboxing video is needed for the returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and item should be sent by track service.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
6. Caring for Your Jewellery
Please follow our care instructions. We can’t take responsibility for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or modifications.
7. Our Content
All photos, product designs, and content on our site belong to Tazil Jewellery. Please don’t use them without permission.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms now and then. The date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
