Where we ship

We ship across the United Kingdom and internationally.

If you are ordering from outside the UK and no delivery option appears for your country at checkout, please message us on WhatsApp at +44 7404 926599 with your address and the pieces you would like, and we will arrange delivery with you directly.

UK delivery rates

Standard — £3.99, arriving 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Express — £6.95, arriving 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery is calculated and added at checkout. International rates are quoted at checkout where available.

Dispatch and making times

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched from the United Kingdom and then travel within the delivery times above.

Made-to-order pieces are crafted after you place your order. The estimated making time is shown on each product page, usually 3 to 4 weeks or 4 to 6 weeks depending on the design, and delivery time is added on top of that. If you are working to a fixed date, please contact us before ordering.

Tracking

All orders are sent on a tracked service. We email your tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery estimates are estimates, and can be affected by couriers, customs clearance and busy periods. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we are not able to replace items sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Customs and import duties

For UK orders our prices include VAT and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

For orders outside the United Kingdom, any customs charges or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. They are not included in the item price or the delivery charge, and we are not able to calculate or pay them on your behalf.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the buyer and returned items must be sent on a tracked service. Please see our Return and refund policy for full details of what we are able to accept.
